What You’ll Do as an Ecommerce Trading Manager (12 Months‑Fixed Term Contract)
* Lead and execute the department trading strategy, including forecasting, planning, and delivery of commercial targets
* Align cross‑functional teams (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations) to drive cohesive trading performance
* Optimise on‑site experience and merchandising to improve customer journeys and conversion rates
* Own and deliver the trading calendar, ensuring successful execution of key campaigns and peak moments
* Leverage data and analytics to optimise stock levels, maximise sales opportunities, and achieve key KPIs
* Build stakeholder engagement and lead a high‑performing ecommerce team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years of experience in an Ecommerce or Fashion Merchandising role
* Relevant qualification in a business, commerce or fashion related subject, or equivalent experience
* Strong data management and analytical skills, with proven ability of leveraging data to drive commercial results
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Experience of working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and self‑prioritise workload where needed
* Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying commercial opportunities and areas for process improvement
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, guide and mentor while ensuring the team achieves its goals
* Demonstrated experience of being a collaborative team player
