As an Account Manager within our Billing team, you'll act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of healthcare clients, managing their complete revenue cycle from billing to payment.
You'll combine relationship management, commercial insight, and operational precision to ensure our clients' financial performance is optimised and their patients' billing experience is seamless.

What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare practitioners.
* Manage the full revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
* Build long-term client relationships and provide regular insight on financial performance.
* Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and streamline billing processes.
* Support clients in navigating billing systems and ensuring compliance.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
* Carry out administrative and operational tasks to support business goals.
