About the opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our WA team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of daily planned maintenance and breakdown works.
You will implement the maintenance plan to the agreed standards – maximising equipment availability, reliability, productivity and reducing maintenance costs whilst maintaining accurate and consistent maintenance records for all plant and equipment. Further responsibilities will include supervising and managing contractor maintenance teams; ensuring insurances and training are up to date and that all Holcim policies and procedures are being complied with at all times.

About You:
5. Tertiary qualifications in maintenance or mechanical engineering will be highly regarded.
6. Trade, engineering, frontline management qualifications will be well regarded.
7. Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment will be highly regarded.
8. Previous Supervisory experience ideally in Industrial/ Building Materials/ Construction manufacturing related environments.
9. Sound understanding of equipment reliability concepts.
10. Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems including motors, AC drives, PLC's and control circuits.
11. Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
12. Experience in preventative maintenance.
13. Experience in running and coordinating maintenance workshops.
14. Sound understanding of SHE systems.
15. Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm.
16. Experience using SAP or similar.
17. Must be prepared to work overtime as required.
