Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for configuring and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet customer requirements. This role involves maintaining and supporting the ServiceNow platform and applications. The candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Architect, customer personnel, Business Analysts, IT support teams, and other technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in implementation and design of platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager.
* Experience in designing and implementing solutions/applications on the ServiceNow platform.
* Hands-on experience with Glide Script, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Web Service APIs.
* Ability to understand and parse XML, JSON, and other data formats.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap coding.
* Experience in server-side, client-side, and service portal coding on ServiceNow.
* Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping implementations.
* Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal.
* Experience troubleshooting and fixing production issues.
* Support experience for production issues (L2/L3 support).
* Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and access control mechanisms.
* Experience integrating tools with ServiceNow or similar tools using MidServer, web services, Integration Hub, email, etc.
* Experience working on multiple applications such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITAM, ITBM, CSM, GRC, etc.
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - Platform Core. Experience: 3-5 Years.
