The Role and How you'll contribute: Develop and maintain DevOps tools Support SaaS Operation & Product Development department to implement and use DevOps tools Contribute to the strategic SaaS platform development Handle the release of the application to UAT and Production Conduct Root Cause Analysis Develop appropriate monitoring and reporting Onboard new products or solution Work with Developers at all phases of the process to ensure the product is designed with DevOps requirements in mind. Work on both tactical (current packaging processes) and strategic (DevOps and automation) activities Contribute to the delivery of the application, ensuring it is performant and available 24x7.
