Our client is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team in Monmouth. As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction with the software system.
The job role:
* Conduct online tutorials to assist customers in maximising their user experience
* Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce to ensure efficient communication and support
* Focus on customer engagement and communicate the benefits of our software consistently
* Creatively and effectively resolve customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance metrics and stay informed about industry trends
What we are seeking in a candidate:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
* Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Prior experience in the care sector or customer support is a plus
This is a hybrid role - onsite at the Monmouth office with some flexibility to work remotely.
Annual salary from £25,000
