Were expanding our team and are looking for an Administrator to join us at Dunkirk Memorial House. This is part time role, 14 hours per week working 2 days per week between 9.00 and 16:30 Monday to Saturday.
As an Administrator you will provide a comprehensive administrative and business support service to our care home and community facilities.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide Front-of-House Support: Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, managing reception, and handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
* Manage Administrative Operations: Oversee general office supplies, maintain accurate records and files, and manage incoming and outgoing post.
* Support Financial and Procurement Processes: Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and procurement activities.
* Administer HR and Staff Support: Manage timesheets and payroll administration, support recruitment processes, and maintain confidential employee records.
* Facilitate Beneficiary Services: Coordinate beneficiary admissions, appointments, financial affairs, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
