Package Description:

ESMS are currently recruiting for an Estates Admin Officer to join the Estates and Facilities Department on a full time, fixed-term basis from August 2025 to August 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with 45 minutes unpaid each day for lunch, a paid working week of 39 hours. The Estates Admin Officer will be placed on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales and the salary for this role is £26,620 per annum.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Department and will be responsible for a range of key duties including responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, maintaining all filing systems and databases and overseeing shared mailboxes and ticketing systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational, planning skills and ability to use initiatives is essential as well as having a high level of proficiency in the full Microsoft Office package.

Eligibility

ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa. The successful candidate will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right work in the UK.
