We have an established team of staff that are looking for someone to join our team to enhance the lives of people we support.
Duties.
· To support individuals in participating in activities. E.g. Hydrotherapy, social outings, etc.
· To assist with daily living skills.
· To participate in training.
· To safeguard the people, we support them from abuse.
· To assist management team to fulfil goals of people we support.
· To assist in attending appointments.

Requirements.
· Must be caring.
· Reliable.
· Able to start at 7 am shifts 7 am to 2 pm – 2 pm to 9 pm.
· To participate in training.

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients in meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition
* Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
* Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life
* Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and behaviour management strategies
* Drive clients to appointments or social outings as needed
* Uphold medical terminology standards in all documentation
