Assistant Manager - Personal Tax | Hybrid | South Region
Our client, a highly respected independent accountancy firm, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Personal Tax team. With a strong reputation across the South and a people-first culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and LLP's in a role that blends compliance, advisory, and leadership.

What you'll be doing:
7. Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients
8. Lead the full compliance cycle and support ad hoc advisory work
9. Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
10. Collaborate with Directors on strategic initiatives
What we're looking for:
11. CTA qualified (or equivalent), or working towards
12. Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory
13. Proven ability to manage your own portfolio and review junior work
14. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
15. A collaborative mindset and professional integrity
