What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide general and specialist administrative support to the facilities team
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and reporting sheets, ensuring timely updates
* Process and file documents accurately using IT systems and spreadsheets
* Maintain both digital and physical records to a high standard
* Act as the main point of contact for all contractor visitors
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in administration, ideally within facilities or a warehousing setting
* Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH Level 3, NEBOSH General Certificate, or NVQ Level 3)
* Facilities Services Level 2 (City & Guilds) or IWFM Level 3
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
