Senior Sales Negotiator
Greys Specialist Recruitment are currently working with a well-established, independent estate agency in South Manchester who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator into their high-performing Didsbury office. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position within a market-leading branch, offering the opportunity to work across a strong pipeline of residential stock, including higher-value homes and new developments. You will take full ownership of your own portfolio, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
The Role
* Generate new business and win instructions
* Conduct viewings and build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
* Negotiate offers and agree sales
* Progress transactions through to completion
* Maximise revenue through cross-selling (mortgages, referrals, additional services)
* Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process

Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' experience in residential property sales
* Proven track record in a target-driven environment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning business
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Based within commutable distance of South Manchester
