About the Company
ACL Hygienic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master Planner to lead and manage stock planning and procurement activities. This pivotal role involves using SAP and the integrated MRP system to forecast, plan, and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal availability of materials to support production and customer demand. The Master Planner will coordinate closely with internal departments and lead the Purchasing team to deliver efficient and cost-effective procurement solutions. This role reports directly to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities
1. Use SAP and the integrated MRP system to: Monitor stock levels, Generate purchase requirements, Optimise planning parameters.
2. Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, production, and customer service teams.
3. Create and maintain material planning schedules, aligning procurement with production demand and stockholding targets.
4. Ensure stock availability for production while maintaining cost-effective inventory levels.
5. Oversee and support the Purchasing Department, ensuring timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.
