Duties as a Cover Supervisor: Supervise classes and ensure pupils remain on task with set work Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Support pupils with their learning where needed Follow school policies and procedures at all times Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour Ideal Cover Supervisor: 6 months experience as a Cover Supervisor. Strong communication and classroom management skills as a Cover Supervisor.
