Academics specialise in providing daily supply, short & long term recruitment solutions to secondary schools across the UK. Due to heightened demand, we are looking to increase the level of secondary school supply teachers in the Cheshunt area for the summer term 2025.
Responsibilities
* Deliver daily or short-term cover in secondary schools in Cheshunt, with no planning, preparing or marking duties required for the role described.
* Work on day-to-day supply, ranging from short-term to long-term placements, with some opportunities for longer-term or permanent roles.
* Actively pursue opportunities for a permanent role through short-term placements.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Flexible, dedicated, and willing to work at short notice.
* Strong behavioural management skills.
* Passionate about teaching and working with children across the secondary sector.
