We are recruiting on behalf of a national builder based in the South that specializes in delivery of retirement apartments across the South West region. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work on a scheme in Plymouth consisting of 50 x traditional build apartments.
Requirements:

CSCS Card, First Aid, SMSTS
*
At least 3 years experience working on apartments or similar builds
*
Within an hours commute of Plymouth
