This lunchtime nursery role is ideal if you’re seeking flexible hours, a school‑friendly schedule, or a reliable midday Early Years support role. Working across rooms, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing experience for children during mealtimes, rest periods and transitions – making this an important and valued role within our friendly nursery team. About You This role would suit an Early Years Practitioner / Childcare Practitioner who has: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification Experience in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of the EYFS and confidence supporting children across age groups A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection A warm, calm approach and the ability to adapt across different nursery rooms Enjoys working as part of a supportive nursery team Your Role as a Lunchtime Nursery Practitioner Provide high‑quality care and supervision during lunchtimes Support mealtimes, rest routines and smooth transitions Work flexibly across the nursery to support staff and children Maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑organised environment Promote children’s wellbeing through positive, reassuring interactions Why Join Shooting Stars Bromsgrove?
