Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting leadership and running a smooth office environment? We're looking for an exceptional EA /Office Manager to join our clients team and support the CEO and wider business operations from their Warwickshire office.
This dual-role position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an expert multitasker, and can juggle executive-level support with seamless office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties
Manage CEO and Chairman diaries, coordinate Board and Leadership Team meetings.
Prepare and issue board packs; proofread and release minutes.
Draft reports, agendas, presentations, and correspondence.
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, event tickets, and expenses.
Keep C-suite informed of ongoing issues and observations.
Carry out ad-hoc projects as required.
Office Management
Maintain office supplies and source best prices.
Manage post, validate invoices, and review supplier contracts.
Coordinate insurance renewals and IT support needs.
Support Finance with document collation and project data.
Manage switchboard calls, filing systems, and SharePoint organisation.
Trade Visits, Cask Sales & Investor Relations
Coordinate trade visits and investor appointments.
Manage communications and records for cask owners.
Organise refreshments, travel, and follow-ups for trade and investor visits.
Maintain shareholder register and manage annual investor calls.
HR & IT Coordination
Maintain HR records, onboard new hires, and support recruitment.
Act as internal HR point of contact, liaising with outsourced provider.
Administer HR systems for sickness, leave, and appraisals.
Support IT needs in coordination with external consultants.
