Lead a Major Residential Development in Dorset
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a prestigious new-build residential development in Poole.
We're looking for a driven, hands‑on professional who can hit the ground running and oversee the successful delivery of the electrical package from installation through to final commissioning and handover. This is a high‑profile project offering excellent day rates, a strong site team, and the potential for a longer‑term engagement.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing all electrical works on a large‑scale residential development
* Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved
* Coordinating labour, materials, procurement, and project schedules
* Working closely with clients, consultants, and principal contractors
* Ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
* Attending progress meetings and driving project performance
* Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing electrical packages on residential or large‑scale construction projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
* Relevant electrical qualifications
* JIB‑ECS and SMSTS preferred
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
