With listings across major retailers and growing wholesale, foodservice and export channels, we’re looking for a driven National Account Executive to help take us further.
The Role
You’ll support the Commercial Director in managing and growing retail accounts while driving new business in wholesale, foodservice and export. Working closely with marketing, finance and supply chain, you’ll ensure our brand delivers brilliantly in every channel from forecast to shelf.
This role is hands-on, entrepreneurial and suited to someone proactive, full of fresh ideas, and excited by innovation, especially in adopting AI and digital tools to improve commercial and supply-chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Support account management and new business growth across retail, wholesale, foodservice & export.
* Contribute to customer negotiations, promotions, forecasting, and availability planning.
* Collaborate with supply-chain partners to maintain strong service levels and stock flow.
* Align with marketing on brand plans, activations, and customer communications.
* Analyse data to identify opportunities, risks, and performance improvements.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams across all functions.
* Get involved across the business where needed, from finance to supply chain.

* A self-starter with commercial or account management experience.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Interested in supply chain processes and how they support commercial success.
* Passionate about food and making a positive impact.

* Salary: £35k - £40k, dependant on experience
