Urgent Hire: Buyer – Holmewood, Chesterfield
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is urgently recruiting for a Buyer on behalf of our client based in Holmewood, Chesterfield. This is a key role within the purchasing team, ideal for someone with a buyers background and a hands-on, proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock independently
*
Collect and update pricing information
*
Register purchase prices
*
Place and follow up on purchase orders
*
Coordinate transport with hauliers
*
Liaise with supply chain and operations
*
Ensure receipt of MSDS, COAs, and other supplier documentation
*
Negotiate and cooperate with suppliers

Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Product Group Leader
