About the Role
As Marketing Strategy Lead, you will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to design and drive data-led, scalable marketing strategies that deliver growth across our UK operations. This is a key strategic role with a focus on innovation, process optimisation, and creating marketing systems that support our franchise network and national partnerships.
You’ll bring commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the full marketing mix, and an innovative mindset to help Just Clear maintain its position as the market leader while enabling further expansion into new sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximise Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) and optimise spend for financial impact.
Champion innovation in marketing, leveraging AI, automation, and cutting-edge tools to scale operations efficiently.
Collaborate with operations teams and franchise partners to align marketing efforts with local and national business goals.
Oversee the delivery of localised marketing campaigns and content while maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare market entry strategies and business cases for new sectors, including plans and budgets aligned with business objectives.
Utilise commercial insight to analyse customer behaviour, revenue streams, and cost structures, identifying opportunities to drive profitability.
Partner with leadership and service teams to prepare strategic roadmaps for growth.
Ensure robust reporting and transparency through Salesforce-powered dashboards and client portals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across marketing teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven senior marketing experience within a service-led industry or consultancy (ideally with multi-site or franchise exposure).
Deep understanding of the UK market, including regional dynamics and cultural nuances.
Demonstrated success in scaling marketing operations and delivering ROI-focused strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and automation software.
Commercially astute with the ability to balance growth with cost control.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Experience in ESG-focused or sustainability-driven marketing roles.
