Warehouse Operative, Wolverhampton and Wednesbury Locations.
People Solutions are currently recruiting for temporary Warehouse Operatives to join a national retailer in 1 of 2 stores in the West Midlands, either Wolverhampton or Wednesbury from the 9th until the 11th of March with prospect to work further days upon completing the initial 3 days.
Shifts: 9th until the 11th of March 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Day-to-day duties:
The role is over 3 days as this is a store replenishment project. The store will be closed whilst this is happening. It is manual handling and heavy lifting so all candidates need to be physically fit.
Day 1 – Empty store & load trailers and vans with old stock
Day 2 – New range is delivered, trailers and vans are unloaded and stock is moved to correct space in store
Day 3 -TBC (could be same as day 2, if this is completed on time it could be stock count / sorting / tidying)
Essential skills: To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
* A basic level of English (spoken and written)
* Reliability and punctuality
* Good communication skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* Able to heavy lift
Training: Full training will be provided, with additional support throughout.
