MISSION:
* Ensure compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations, across the globe;
* Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
* Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
* Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
* Carry out administrative and leg.al tasks assigned by the manager.
PROFIL:
1. Law degree;
2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the legal field;
3. Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English;
