They are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their night team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a calm, overnight setting and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults. As a Staff Nurse (RGN) working night shifts, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents during the quieter hours. You’ll lead and support the care team, manage clinical tasks, and respond with empathy and professionalism to any needs that arise overnight. What We’re Looking For A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a clinical nursing role Experience working with older adults, ideally in dementia or nursing care settings Confidence in decision-making, and the ability to remain calm and professional overnight A caring, respectful approach and strong communication skills A team player who values dignity, inclusion, and high-quality care What’s in It for You?
