We are working with a high-achieving, dynamic secondary school located in Brentwood who are seeking a Mathematics Teacher for September 2025. Based in a central location in Essex, this fantastic single academy school is one of the top schools in the borough, achieving a positive progress 8 score of 0.42. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3-KS5, delivering high-quality lessons in Mathematics. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, working in a well-resourced department to create engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences. The successful Mathematics Teacher will play a key role in promoting academic excellence, encouraging student curiosity, and fostering a love of learning. Requirements
The desired Mathematics Teacher will be able to;
1. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective Mathematics lessons up to A-Level.
2. Instil a passion for Mathematics and help students to gain confidence to prepare them for their future lives.
3. Set high expectations for students in behaviour and academic achievement.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Actively contribute to the department’s planning, sharing resources, and collaborating with colleagues.
