Join Our Rowes Retreats Team: Housekeeping & Yard Support
Are you looking for more than just a housekeeping job? At Rowes Retreats, we're building a close-knit team who care about quality, community, and flexibility. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Team Member based around our new hub, The Yard, in Penryn.
What You'll Do
* Morning meet-ups at The Yard (Penryn) – connect with your team and start the day right
* Drive to properties across Falmouth, Penryn, and beyond for changeover cleans
* Drop off dirty laundry back at The Yard at day's end
* Get hands-on in our launderette: operate washing/drying cycles, use rotary irons, and help keep everything running smoothly
* Support other Yard activities as needed (we're a growing business – there's always something new)

What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
* Willingness to learn new skills (laundry, Yard operations, etc.)
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Attention to detail as we really pride ourselves on our high standards
