Main duties of the job This post is based at the Glan Clwyd Hospital, which is one of the 3 sites of the Health Board. With approximately 58,000 attendances per year, our department has a workload to keep you interested and challenged, but still give you time to talk to your patients properly, whilst delivering excellent patient care. We are also a Trauma Unit practicing ETC models of trauma care and take an active role in the Trauma Network. The department is staffed with a mixture of Consultants, SAS Doctors (24/7 Tier 2 rota in operation) and juniors. In addition there is a strong nursing team including an evolving team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
