Key Responsibilities:
* Support the new management team, fostering strong leadership across the organization.
* Collaborate with HR on role adjustments, contracts, and potential structural changes, including managing team consultations.
* Assess standby positions and explore viable alternatives.
* Work closely with finance to ensure accurate costing of services.
* Lead efforts in developing a new rota system, potentially incorporating rota software.
* Coordinate with the wider WDC team to assess office space suitability.
* Bring expertise in telecare services within a housing provider or local authority setting, understanding the unique demands of a 24/7/365 service.
* Demonstrate a strong background in housing operations.
Expected Deliverables:
* Establish new shift patterns and rota system.
* Develop revised contracts for the team and manage consultations on work patterns and contractual changes.
* Provide a comprehensive report on office space options.
* Deliver full financial costing of services, ensuring correct cross-charging.
* Collaborate with HR to design professional boundaries training for the team.
* Facilitate formal discussions and decisions on key service provisions, including emergency response protocols.
* Manage the withdrawal of HEROs service, engaging in consultations and assessing financial impacts.
