AbouttheRole
DalkiaScotlandisseekinganexperiencedandmotivatedPlannertosupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofmulti-disciplinebuildingservicesprojects.Workingcloselywithoperationalandcommercialteams,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringprojectsareplanned,managedanddeliveredsafely,efficientlyandtothehigheststandards.
Thisroleiscentraltodrivingoperationalperformance,maintainingstrongclientrelationshipsandsupportingcontinuousimprovementacrossthebusiness.
KeyResponsibilities
* Manageandcontrolsite-basedteams,ensuringfullcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures,includingHealth&Safety,Environmental,QualityAssuranceandPurchasingpolicies
* EnsureallworksaredeliveredtoahighstandardandinaccordancewithrelevantBritishStandardsandcodesofpractice
* Collaboratewithoperationalteamstoensurecontractualobligations,milestonesandprojectcompletiondatesaremetandreportedaccurately
* Setandmanagefinancialtargetstomeetagreedobjectives,includingreportingonfinancialperformanceandprojectdeliveryschedulestoOperationalManagement,Directorsandcommercialteams
* Provideanalysis,insightandadviceonprojectdeliverytosupportpositiveclientandbusinessoutcomes
* Providetechnicalsupporttocustomersandsite-basedteams,workingwithcentraldepartments,specialistsuppliersandsub-contractors
* Supportanddelivertrainingwhererequiredtoenhancetheeffectivenessofthebusinessunitandthewiderbusiness

* HNCqualification(orequivalent)inBuildingServicesEngineering,orqualifiedthroughexperienceinasimilarrole
* StrongtechnicalknowledgeofMechanical&Electrical(M&E)services
* Soundcommercial,design,financialandprojectknowledgeacrossmulti-disciplinecontracts
