Are you committed to supporting young people with complex autism needs? We are looking for a patient, proactive, and resilient Autism Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a dedicated team in a secondary school in L9.

About the Role

1. Work within a specialist class for students with complex autism.
2. Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning and develop social and communication skills.
3. Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
4. Support sensory and emotional regulation in a calm, structured environment.

What We’re Looking For

5. Experience working with students with autism or additional needs (desirable but not essential).
6. Ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
7. Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach.
8. Resilience and flexibility to adapt to individual needs.
