Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Simulation and Clinical Skills team at UHSussex. This vital role provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the effective delivery of clinical training programmes, with a particular focus on activities at the SRH site. As Simulation Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the training of clinical staff in essential skills and procedures that underpin safe and effective patient care. You will also contribute to the appraisal process by helping to provide accurate training records and evidence for clinical staff.
This role is essential to maximising the use of our simulation facilities especially at SRH and ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills needed to deliver high-quality, safe care.
