Rikama Education are seeking an experienced Inclusion Mentor in Bexleyheath from September 2025. You will have responsibility for the Inclusion unit, maintaining a learning environment and supporting students to return to their classes. Working alongside teachers to deliver a curriculum that is high in literacy skills as well as implementing interventions to address the needs of learners. You may be already working as a TA or keen to progress. You would be joining a skilled team of teaching and support staff in providing high quality learning for our pupils. This is an opportunity for an experienced and skilled practitioner to make a real difference to children's lives. A proven background in managing challenging behaviour, alongside evidence of securing successful academic outcomes, are essential requirements.
