Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals; drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team; keep your team informed and engaged through clear, open communication; empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
* Operational Excellence: Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day; oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows; lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike; prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
* Sales & Performance: Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
* Customer Experience: Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently; resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences; represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism; build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
