Key Responsibilities
* Teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
* Deliver engaging, safe, and practical lessons on cookery, nutrition, and food safety
* Promote healthy lifestyles and practical independence
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Support extra-curricular activities related to food and wellbeing
* Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
* Strong understanding of nutrition, food hygiene, and lesson safety
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* ECTs welcome - full mentoring and induction provided
* A passion for hands-on teaching and inclusive learning
