Experience required…
Essential:
8. BSc or similar in Quantity Surveying
9. Graduate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or similar).
10. 5 years minimum work experience within the Highways sector.
11. Relevant CSCS card.
12. NEC Contract Management experience (assessment of Compensation Events, Applications for Payment and Defined Cost).
13. Experience in Risk Reduction meetings and Pre-Certification Meetings with the contractor.
14. Experience in monthly forecasting.
15. Familiar with the MCHW – Method of Measurement for Highway Works.
16. Excellent record management skills.
17. Ability to work on own initiative and perform on-site inspections.
18. Diligent, proactive with attention to detail.
19. Collaborative and practical approach to problem solving.
20. Familiarity and competence in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
21. Full UK/EU Driving Licence.
Desirable:
22. Experienced in using CEMAR or Asite
