Private Client Solicitor (2 -6 years PQE)

A leading, highly regarded Belfast law firm is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families on complex and high-quality private client matters.

The Role
o Preparation of wills, trusts, letters of wishes and succession planning for individuals and business owners.
o Administration of estates, drafting estate accounts and calculating IHT/NRB/RNRB allowances.
o Advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and assisting with registrations.
o Controllership applications before the OCP and High Court.
o Client advisory work across a mix of high‑net‑worth and general private client matters.
The Person
o A technically strong solicitor with solid grounding in wills, trusts, estate administration and capacity law.
o Someone who can work autonomously but also collaboratively.
o An individual who is proactive, organised and able to help develop relationships.
STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous but not essential.
