Following a further phase of expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.
In this role, you will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across roofing, cladding, and façade packages. You will ensure strong financial control throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial procurement through to final account. Alongside this, you will play a key role in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving commercial performance and contributing to the successful delivery of each project.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with candidates from a variety of sector backgrounds encouraged to apply. The Role:
Managing several new build and refurb roofing, cladding & facade projects simultaneously.
Maintain financial control of projects from start to finish, including monthly job costing review and final accounts agreements.
Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors, and clients.
Office-based near Aylesbury, hybrid and remote working available
The Person:
Quantity Surveyor with a construction background.
Driven and ambitious.
Good attention to detail.
Full UK Driving license.
