Lucideon are actively seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our dedicated Analysis and Evaluation quality team in Stone, Staffordshire. Responsibilities
* Conducting Internal Audits and self-inspections
* Preparing for and participating in Regulatory Inspections (UKAS, FDA, MHRA) and client audits
* Providing training on the Quality Management System to Lucideon colleagues
* Reviewing and controlling various documents, such as equipment maintenance records and SOPs
* Leading Complaint and Non-Conformance Investigations
* Overseeing Change Control and Quality Risk Management
* Facilitating Technical & Quality Agreements between Lucideon and Clients/Suppliers

* 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Qualifications/Experience
* A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
* Proven experience working within an ISO 17025 or GMP quality management system
Knowledge/Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and from different functions.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-driven with a proactive attitude
* A strong advocate for teamwork at all levels
* Ability to lead discussions and problem-solving initiatives
* Technical background in a relevant area
