Our client, Milton Keynes Council is seeking an interim Team Manager for its Access (Front Door) and Older People Review team.
The pay rate available is £42 - £45 umbrella.

Details of the role:
* Day to day operational cover of the OP Review team and Access team
* To provide visible leadership, direction to the team.
* To provide supervision and line management to deputy team manager and Access team staff.
* To ensure service budgets are monitored and controlled, to quality check and approve assessments and care plans and contact forms ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Offering support, information and guidance to unqualified workers.
* Please note that there is the expectation for candidates to be office based daily for the first 2 weeks
Requirements of the role:
* Qualified Social Worker
* Fully Social Work England registered
* Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
* Must have demonstrable management and supervisory skills to be able to hit the ground running supporting the Access (front door) and Older people Review Team.
