From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

If you have an eye for detail and you are a natural auditor, you will thrive within this fast-paced data entry role. You will work within our Customer Service Department and be responsible for setting up new customer agreements in our core system with accuracy, speed and the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) being key.
Role responsibilities
* Input new customer agreements accurately into our lease management system
* Maintain accurate records on our electronic systems and scan and file documents accordingly
* Send Welcome Packs to customers within set, regulatory timescales and adhere to our security standards
* Work collaboratively with team mates and other departments to ensure the best possible customer journey
* Follow all company processes, procedures and regulatory requirements e.g. Data Protection, always ensuring compliance standards are met
* Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and ancillary services in asset finance
* Computer literate and able to produce a high standard of presentation in all correspondence
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to handle changing priorities and work to deadlines

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in our Newport office.
