Part time Administration Assistant
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support our growing team. The successful applicant will have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications. Experience using PowerPoint is desirable. Full training will be provided on our internal database system.
Duties of the role include:
* Answering inbound telephone enquiries
* Supporting new customers with the onboarding process
* Delivering a high standard of customer service
* Responding to inbound email enquiries
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Providing administrative support to the accounts team when required
An excellent telephone manner is essential, as the role involves daily contact with customers. Experience within the skincare or beauty industry would be an advantage.
Hours:
This is a part time position. Preferred hours are 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility may be considered upon discussion.
