Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator, located in Stoke-On-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, liaising with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring transactions run smoothly. They will maintain positive client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and work towards individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in Estate Agents and Lettings
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
* Proven Sales abilities in a property or related field
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively
* Knowledge of local property markets and trends is advantageous
* Proficiency in using property management software or CRM systems is a plus
* Valid driving license with access to a vehicle is preferred
