Today, the Oak on the Green is renowned for using largely local produce throughout the extensive food menu offering both British and Mexican cuisine. What You’ll Do Take responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to company standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during busy periods. Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards at all times. Assist with stock control and ordering when required.
