Role Responsibilities
We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors (CSA) to join our front-line operations team. As a CSA, you will provide a positive, friendly customer service experience at our stations, which may include:
1. Assisting customers with ticket purchases at busy booking offices;
2. Checking tickets at gate barriers;
3. Working on platforms to ensure the safe dispatch of trains.
Your role is varied, requiring quick thinking and a passion for customer service. You will help meet customer needs, assist with accessibility, provide accurate information, and follow safety procedures to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues.

* Ability to work within strict procedures and regulations

Flexibility to work various shifts, including bank holidays and weekends, is required.
Joining Our Talent Pool
If successful after the interview but no immediate role is available, you will be placed in our Talent Pool for 12 months, considered for suitable upcoming positions.
Welsh Language Skills
Welsh language skills are a plus but not essential. We support and encourage Welsh language development through various training and community courses.
