Role
As Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous, you will be responsible for a specific role in the kitchen. Assist in other areas when required. Follow directions provided by the Head Chef.

* Be responsible for a specific section, preparing high-quality food that meets standards.
* Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station.
* Ensure your station is sanitary and well-stocked.
* Maintain composure under pressure.
* Keep a positive, professional attitude with co-workers.
* Go the extra mile for great food and service.
* Follow instructions from the Head Chef.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food and service.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience or certifications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
