Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor
Newtownabbey | Full-Time | NQ - 1 Year PQE
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has come up to join a well-established and highly respected law firm in Newtownabbey as a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor. If you're eager to build your career in residential conveyancing and want hands-on experience within a busy, supportive team, this role is the perfect first step post-qualification.
What the Role Involves:
1. Managing a small caseload of residential conveyancing files under supervision, with growing independence as you gain experience
2. Assisting senior solicitors on more complex transactions
3. Drafting contracts, conducting title checks, and liaising with clients and third parties
4. Maintaining compliant, accurate files and delivering excellent client service
What You'll Need:
5. Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 1 year PQE) with a residential property training seat or strong conveyancing paralegal background
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills
7. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
9. Genuine enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in conveyancing
