Job Purpose:
This role is primarily focused on supporting various HR functions, encompassing policy management, payroll assistance, and addressing general employee relations matters. Duties And Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
* Assist the GHPR with UK and International HR-related queries across sales, support, and operational groups.
* Support GHPR in managing disciplinary and performance issues.
* Assist in managing and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with line managers.
* Aid in handling flexible working requests in line with company policy.
* Support with terminations, including resignations, redundancies, and settlement agreements.
HR Operations
1. Compile payroll data for PGCL, PCL, PPL & international for review and submission to GHPR.
