Your responsibilities
5. Availability for evenings and weekends
6. Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
7. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
8. Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
9. Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
10. Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
11. Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
12. Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
13. Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
14. Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
15. Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
16. Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
What you’ll need
17. Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
18. A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team
19. Strong organisational and communication skills
20. The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
21. Availability for evenings and weekends (required)
