Revenue Coordinator
1. Salary: 27-32k (+ bonus)

4. Skills needed: good understanding of Microsoft Office, background in finance within a professional services setting, familiarity with WIP, billing cycles, and financial reporting, understanding of VAT, SAR, and key financial metrics

Key Responsibilities
6. Coordinate with relevant teams to establish and update billing timelines.
7. Track work-in-progress (WIP) to support prompt invoicing and reliable revenue projections.
8. Assist with adjustments to pricing structures and changes in project scope.
9. Proactively highlight potential financial issues or process inefficiencies.
10. Helppile financial summaries and performance insights for senior management.
11. Review inactive or non-billable WIP and aid in the process of closingpleted files.
12. Ensure suspended time entries are addressed and processed without delay.
13. Play a role in enhancing cash flow and accelerating revenue realisation.
